If the contents of the haul differ from the initial description, we may adjust the on-site quote or decline the project entirely. We are not just moving junk; we are protecting people. PROJECT SCOPE, SPECIALIZED HAULING & SURCHARGES
Scrapper Bee Junk Removal and Hauling handles everything from residential to construction site debris. To guarantee our signature broom-clean finish, we require clear access to the workspace. Please note that specialized projects-such as demolition cleanup, heavy materials (concrete, dirt, or brick), and unorganized or restricted-access areas-are subject to labor surcharges and disposal fees. Beyond the load itself, our rates reflect the professional labor required for a safe haul. Process-based surcharges apply to any project requiring extra labor steps. This includes disconnecting appliances(washer/dryers), disassembling oversized furniture, or removing doors to safely exit the property. Additionally, “long-carries” (excessive distant to the truck) or multi-floor hauls requiring the use of stairs will incur labor fees. For your safety and ours, all hazardous materials, chemicals, or biohazards require prior consultation-never hide it, just ask. We treat your property with elite care; we just ask that you set the stage for a successful haul.
RESPONSIBLE DISPOSAL
Here at Scrapper Bee, we prioritize eco-friendly disposal by sorting every load for recycling and donations. Our mission is to divert waste and give items a “Second Life” whenever possible. Please note that certain items-such as tires, mattresses, appliances (refrigerants), and e-waste- require specialized processing and carry state- mandated disposal surcharges. We handle the heavy lifting and the logistics, insuring your items are processed with 100% legal and environmental compliance.
